Swanepoel Power 200 ranks the most influential executives in the residential real estate industry
AUSTIN, TEXAS JANUARY 9, 2024 – Gary Keller, co-founder of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, was ranked in the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) as the nation’s No. 2 most influential person in real estate for 2024.

Eleven KW corporate and franchise system leaders ranked on the SP 200 for 2024. Seven other leaders are ranked on the Watchlist, which is composed of emerging real estate industry leaders.
According to the SP 200 report, Keller is the only leader named one of the top four most powerful people in residential real estate every year for the past decade.
Mark Willis, CEO of KW, ranked No. 11 on the SP 200. Recently renamed CEO, Willis returned to the list at that position based on his stature in the industry and enduring commitment to growth at KW.
Marc King, president of KW, ranked No. 112 on the SP 200 due to his continued efforts to increase KW’s market share and position the company as the place “Where Entrepreneurs Thrive.”
The SP 200, created and published by real estate consulting firm T3 Sixty, is now in its 11th year. It is an annual analysis and ranking of the real estate industry’s 200 most powerful and influential leaders.
