Livian Grows with $126M Sales Boost from Four Real Estate Teams

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vermont February 26, 2024 —Livian, a real estate team acceleration platform, has added four more real estate teams, totaling more than 126 million in annual sales volume.

As of Dec. 31, Livian has 61 real estate teams in 27 states, comprising more than 475 agents nationwide. The latest teams to join Livian include: 

Livian The Houk Group 

• Livian The Houk Group sold 118 units, equaling $32.0 million in sales volume in 2023. Currently, Livian The Houk Group has five real estate agents and two staff members.

Livian Estates 

• Livian Estates sold 50 units, equaling $15.6 million in sales volume in 2023. Livian Estates has six real estate agents and three staff members.

• “With the market shifting and AI, along with the jump in technology, it was getting too expensive to run and grow a team without being part of a larger organization devoted around agent production and providing the right tools for success,” said J. Michael Manley, founder, Livian Estates. 

Livian Homes Collective  

• Livian Homes Collective sold 114 units, equaling $40.6 million in sales volume in 2023. Currently, Livian Homes Collective has eight real estate agents and three staff members.

• “With Livian, we receive a level of robust support not readily available in the industry for teams at our production level,” said Lisa Sisko, owner of Livian Homes Collective. 

Livian The Merritt Real Estate Group 

• Livian The Merritt Real Estate Group sold 58 units, equaling $38.0 million in sales volume in 2023. Livian Merritt Real Estate Group has ten real estate agents and two staff members.
