More than 4,500 cross-industry agents attending the reimagined productivity coaching program
AUSTIN, TEXAS – October 31, 2024: Keller Williams Realty, Inc. (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has reimagined its Business Objective: A Life by Design (BOLD) productivity coaching program and relaunched it as Onward BOLD.
In the first half of October, the Onward BOLD program launched across nearly 70 U.S. KW-franchised real estate brokerages, with more than 4,500 agents in attendance.
“BOLD prescribes the truths to maximize your life, the models to optimize your business, and the tactics to maximize your actions,” said Cody Gibson, Vice President of KW MAPS Coaching, the coaching division of KW. “And, it’s all held together with accountability.”
“With Onward BOLD, our real estate entrepreneurs gain access to fresh and easy-to-execute lead generation tactics,” said Gibson. “Our new curriculum guides agents towards developing simple habits designed for them to thrive in today’s fast-paced market.”
Designed to be taken annually or biannually, Onward BOLD is an intensive, six-week coaching program that empowers agents to elevate their mindset and use it to boost productivity to achieve breakthrough results.

Onward BOLD sessions are being held nationwide at KW-franchised real estate brokerages this October and November.
“Onward BOLD is exactly where I’m at in my business. It is on point,” said Lynn Winger, a Peachtree City, Ga.-based KW-affiliated agent who has taken BOLD three times.
