KW Expands Further in Europe and South America

AUSTIN, TEXAS July 30, 2020 — Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count, is expanding further across Europe and South America. As momentum continues, Keller Williams has awarded new master licenses in Paraguay and Serbia. 

“While adapting to COVID challenges, we have set the pace for 2020 to be our biggest growth year – in terms of us adding new regions,” said William E. Soteroff, president of Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of Keller Williams.

“We’re so proud and honored to announce that Raquel Oviedo of KW Paraguay and Miroslav Cvetkovic of KW Serbia and their amazing core leadership and agents have joined our rapidly growing worldwide family,” said Soteroff. 

As of June 30, KWW has 232 market centers (outside of the United States and Canada) across 45 regions. KWW has 10,760 agents collectively operating outside the U.S. and Canada, up 33.3% since June 30, 2019.

On July 1, KWW announced expansion into Slovenia and Thailand.  On January 22, KWW announced expansion into Honduras and the Turks and Caicos

The KW franchise in Paraguay is led by Regional Operating Principal Raquel Oviedo. KW Paraguay is currently initializing operations and will be open for business in Q4 ’20.

Led by Regional Operating Principal Miroslav Cvetkovic, the KW franchise in Serbia is also setting up operations. An industry veteran, Cvetkovic has served in various roles as a real estate business leader since 1996. In Q3 ’20, KW Serbia is expected to open its first market center.
