Stacie Herron

In her role at Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), Stacie Herron leads the Growth, Franchise Systems, Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Workplace Experience teams. She collaborates with the executive leadership team and the Board to drive operational efficiency, streamline systems, and align company performance with strategic priorities.

Herron joined KW after more than 12 years at a publicly traded global real estate services firm, where she most recently served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Earlier in her career, she was an in-house corporate attorney at a NYSE-listed retail company, overseeing corporate governance, finance, and international legal matters.

She began her legal career as a corporate associate at a Chicago law firm, advising public and private companies on general corporate, transactional, and securities issues. Herron earned her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
