Mark Willis

Mark Willis is the Chief Leadership Officer of Keller Williams, the world’s largest residential real estate franchise by agent count. Willis’ core focus is to help agents and market center owners grow their businesses and lives through leadership-focused initiatives.

Since 1991, Mark has served in many leadership roles within KW, including team leader, market center owner, operating principal, regional director, KWRI president from 2002 to 2005 and March 2024 to January 2025, and KWRI CEO from 2005 to 2015 and from November 2023 to January 2025.
